I am a little late updating to Fall, as winter is getting close. I enjoy hiking in the fall leaves and the changes that it brings. Enjoy this beautiful fall time of year in Utah!

I grew up working in a family photography business where I was expected to work at age 5. I quickly learned that the work had to get done and you just had to work hard until it was finished. I worked several other jobs during high school, usually getting promoted regularly because I showed up early, left late, and worked hard, mostly because in the family business you were early or you got left ;). I continued to work for the family business when they needed me but worked pizza, tire boy at a motorcycle shop, excavation, and then as an off-road motor sports salesman.

After high school, I went on a 2-year mission for my church serving the people of Indiana. When I returned home, I started college where I studied finance and business while working full time for our family business. My dad wanted me to run the company and after I met my wife and decided I was going to marry her, if she'd take me (she did), I quit college to run the photography company with my family. I quickly realized that we as a company would have to grow so I started studying marketing. After many years and growth, we decided to merge with a nationwide company. I worked for them for a few years, but I had always wanted to run my own business, so I started working getting a business started, eventually I landed as a State Farm agent!

I like what I am doing and feel that with State Farm I can help people protect and realize their dreams while having the opportunity to tap into the resources of a great company and build an incredible team and office.

While away from the office I have many hobbies that I enjoy with my wonderful family. We love camping, riding, hiking, and playing ball! Anything to get us out of the house and out in our wonderful mountains.
