After multiple attempts to try and get money back that was never suppose to be charged a rude agent HUNG up while we were trying to resolve the issue. They say their billing department is complicated and they can’t resolve a simple refund. How complicated can it be ? Maybe because when it’s not your money you don’t care. Don’t use this office. Worst customer service"
